Send Emails

The list of Members who are being sent emails is displayed. You can stop sending an email to individual Members by clicking on a tick or choose to send a message to a Member by clicking on a cross. You can click on a Member name to see the message that will be sent to them.
Before you can send the messages you must enter the Pin displayed to the left of the [ Send emails ] button. This Pin is different for every email but is not a security code. It is designed to stop you sending out emails until you are absolutely sure that you have all details correct.
