Ngaral Hogan - SIG's Convenor

Gloria has spent much of her time over the past years in Fiji where between raising a family, she worked for the Fiji Red Cross, SPCA, and Women in Travel- an organisation raising funds for local charities. She has also been involved in music all her life, having sung in many of New Zealand's major choirs and being in small groups that entertained various organisations in the community. She now plays the ukelele and is in several groups playing both classical and popular music. She still staggers around the tennis court! Until the COVID lockdowns she supervised university examinations. At the moment she is in Art History and Archaeology SIGS, and is a great believer in the U3A principles of continued learning.
