We use a commercial computer program to turn our pictures [photographs] into Audio Visual presentations.  We find background music and, possibly, record a commentary.  We enjoy presenting the results of this time-consuming activity to each other.  Even if we use exactly the same pictures, the story is always creatively different.  Recently we challenged ourselves to create and illustrate an original fairy tale.  Once a year, we have a photoshoot which gives us the pictures for another A.V.  This year we had fun catching the bus to, and taking pictures in, K Rd. 

Mastering all aspects of the program is one challenge. Selecting and arranging the photographs pushes us creatively.  Recording the commentary and adjusting the volume of the background music extends our reach even more.  Results: enormous fun and satisfaction.  Watching the skills in the whole group expand and grow is another dimension.
