Creative writing is a small group. Each month we set a topic for the following month but this does not mean you have to write a story on the spot. Usually we set a challenge or exercise i.e. writing in the third person, as a child, a male or even as an animal. We all have very different writing styles which lends itself to some interesting views on the story or subject. 

Recently we took the beginning of a story and wrote what we thought the conclusion might be.

The limits are endless. We have also studied various paintings and woven our own imaginings as to what might be happening. There is always a lot of discussion at our  meetings which we find very motivating . 

This is an open invitation for anyone to visit our meeting , come and experience a non threatening social gathering where we ALWAYS learn something!
